BAUAAS Alumni participation in different University Activities

Mango Diversity Show, 2023 was organised by the Department of Horticulture (Fruit & Fruit Technology), B.A.U, Sabour on 12-13 June, 2023. During the show one Alumni, Dr Rewti Raman Singh Ex, Professor, Horticulture B.AU, Sabour delivered lecture on “Production technology and Marketing of Zardalu mango”. He also participated in Valedictory function and prize distribution ceremony of the two days programme.

Participation of alumni in Environment protection and Awarness week

Department of Plant Physiology & Biochemistry, Bihar Agricultural College, BAU, Sabour organized one week Workshop on Environmental Protection and Awareness (EPA-2023) from 5th – 11th June, 2023.

One of our Alumni Shri. S.P Sharma , Deputy director, Agronomy(Rtd.) , Govt. of Bihar graced the inaugural session of Environment protection and Awarness week on 5th June, 2023. During his speech in inaugural session he emphasized the importance of protecting environment.

During the workshop one of our alumni Shri . Guna Nand Gami , Alumni , BAU, Sabour and General Manager, Union Bank of India actively participated in plantation drive on 8th June, 2023. Two water cooler has also been provided from Union Bank of India to the Girls Hostel of BAU, Sabour.

Felicitation of Alumni on the eve of Foundation Day 5th August, 2023

BAU Alumni Dr. Umesh Prasad Singh was honoured on the eve of 14th Foundation Day of Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour i.e on 5th August, 2023. He served the university as faculty in the Department of Horticulture (Fruit & Fruit Technology) for more than 20 years. He also served the department as Chairman of the Department for more than one year during 2002 – 2003.
